Friday
The day of the week between Thursday and the Sabbath, traditionally a day for preparing for Shabbat.

בְּיוֹם שִׁשִּׁי אֲנִי תָּמִיד יוֹצֵא לַשּׁוּק.
B'yom shishi ani tamid yotze la-shuk.
On Friday I always go to the market.
מָחָר יִהְיֶה יוֹם שִׁשִּׁי, אֲנַחְנוּ עוֹשִׂים אֲרוּחַת שַׁבָּת מֻקְדֶּמֶת.
Machar yihiyeh yom shishi, anachnu osim aruchát shabat mukdemet.

The word 'Yom' (יום) means 'day'. 'Shishi' (שישי) means 'sixth'. Literally: 'The Sixth Day', as it is the sixth day of the week preceding the Sabbath.
